Note:
The rules that dictate who can and can’t be a Prince or Princess are quite complicated, though the reigning sovereign has the ability to alter them as they see fit. Usually, all legitimate children of the monarch are titled as Prince/Princess. This is at the monarch's discretion.
Note:
All children of the Prince/Princess of Baile Uí Bhrolcháin are titled as Prince/Princess. All other grandchildren are titled as the sovereign deems appropriate.

Siblings of the sovereign are titled as Dukes/Duchesses except the eldest female sibling will be titled as Princess Royal.

- In the event that the Sovereign cannot undertake his official duties as Sovereign on a temporary basis due to illness or absence abroad, two or more Counsellors of State are appointed by Letters Patent to act in the sovereigns place. (5) five are selected by the sovereign currently.

- Personal Aide-de-Camp to the Sovereign is an appointment in the Royal Household of the monarchy. Unlike other aides-de-camp it is held only by members of the royal family with military rank of Field Marshal.

The Lord Steward
- Lord Steward is the Great Officer of the Household.
He / She is, by tradition, the first great officer of the Royal Court and he/she takes precedence over all other officers of the household.

Secretary of State
- Is the Sovereigns chief foreign affairs adviser. The Secretary carries out his sovereigns foreign policies through the Privy Council, which includes all Foreign Service Offices, and Civil Service Offices. 'Her/she' is the Sovereigns formal voice and authority in all matters of state in or about issues in all foreign matters, offices, and House personnel and staff. Also, is in charge of all treaties and communications with other heads of State.
The Royal Court Ambassador, and Head of the Ambassador Corps
- Follows the instructions of the Secretary of State,
- all official foreign dignitaries, sovereigns and heads of state the world over are introduced to the House Sovereign and cared for, and directed by this office.
Assistant Secretary of State
– assists Secretary of State with foreign policies through the Privy Council, which includes all Foreign Service Offices, and Civil Service Offices.
Master of the Household
- is the operational head 'He/She' (see Chief operating officer) of the "below stairs" elements of the Royal Household. The role has charge of the domestic staff, from the Royal Kitchens, the pages and footmen, to the housekeeper and their staff.
President of Privy Council, Privy Seal
- The Lord President of the Council is the presiding officer of the Privy Council. (or, the Lord Keeper of the Privy Seal) is one of the Great Officers of State. And above the High Chamberlain.
High Chamberlain
- is entrusted by the Sovereign with custody of the Palace, has the sovereigns seat of Parliament, and serves as his or her representative therein.
Vice-Presidents of Privy Council (2)
- Vice-President of Privy Council fills in as President when the actual President of the council is absent from duties.

- is a formal body of advisers to the sovereign.
Archbishop of the church
- The Archbishop leads the vision and direction of the Church.
Lord Chief Justice
- is the head of the judiciary of the house and the president of the courts.
The Master of the Roles – Chancery
- known as the Master of the Rolls, is the President of the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal of the House and Head of Civil Justice. As a judge, the Master of the Rolls is second in seniority in the House only to the Lord Chief Justice.
Chief Justice Constitutional Affairs
- Is the justice that is in charge of interpreting the Constitution and any changes to it 'He/She' reports to the Lord Chief Justice or The Master of the Roles if so directed. His primary role is to make sure the Laws and the Constitution are legal and applied and or followed.
Judge Advocate General
- the Judge Advocate General (JAG). The Court Martial has jurisdiction to try offences committed anywhere in the world. Any Service person charged with any offence has the right to elect trial in the Court Martial, and more serious cases are sent directly to the court.
(3 to 5) Justices of the Superior Court - is the highest court of the house for all civil cases, and for criminal cases from the jurisdictions of the house. *Can only be overruled by the sovereign or consort if sitting as the sovereign.

(Head of Bodyguard Services) to the Royal Family
- all official security for on-site and travel and protection services for all royal family members, and Senior members of Office are conducted and run by this office.
The Captain of the Guard
- all official guards are subject to this office.
The King of Arms
- is the senior rank of an officer of arms. In many heraldic traditions, only a king of arms has the authority to grant armorial bearings and sometimes certify genealogies and noble titles.
