Dynastic Royal House of Bradley is an Interdependent Sovereign Entity. Currently, Carl Bradley is heir of the Dynastic House of Fornbacher that has been maintained constantly from the day it was founded till the House of Bradley came to inherit it by a Cognatic kinship of a cadet line but with full legal sovereign status as established by its Declaration of Sovereignty. Currently, the House of Bradley is head of a dynastic house.
His Royal Highness, is a Sovereign Prince and Archduke that has issued a New Constitution and Constitutional Law of Succession, and a new royal and noble ranks and titles. And Chivalric and Military Orders". H.R.H. Prince Carl, has by Letters made Patent, mandated that: "NO PAPAL BULL" (- is a type of public decree, letters patent, or charter issued by a pope of the Catholic Church); could be published in his dominions without his consent (placetum regium).

The Dynastic House of Fornbacher and its rightful claims. Their Parent House - was that of the Luitpoldings: The Counts of Formbach / Wels-Lambach / Pitten / Vormbach / Vornbach / Fornbacher von Villingen as Holy Roman Emperors intermittently. And then Claimed and Reorganized on 23rd of December 1806 by Dynastic House of Fornbacher. H.R.H. Prince Carl has re-organized and re-named all of his hereditary holdings as the Dynastic Royal and Imperial House of Bradley on March 15th 2024.
H.I.R.H. Archduke, Prince, and Count Christopher Förnbacher moved with his family to the United States of America and "HE NEVER" forfeited his rights under pressure and "NEVER" Resigned or Abdicated his claims or birthrights even at his death in 1921!
On the death of H.I.& R.H. Archduchess, Princess, and Countess Christine Rosemary Fornbacher on 15th March 2024 @ 6:45pm her son H.I.R.H. Archduke, Prince and Count Carl who then reorganized and renamed all of his hereditary holdings as the "Dynastic Royal and Imperial House of Bradley". H.R.H. Prince Carl who is also the fourth in line Royal Prince of descent from the line of Suibne Menn the High King of Ireland whose grandson was Brolchain and was head of the Cenél Fearadhaigh and King of Cenél Eoghain and the Cenél Fearadhaigh and has continued father to son until currently.

It is an Independent Christian based House. The then Dynastic House of Fornbacher continued with its recognition and use of all titles and all claims! As the last surviving senior member of the House of Fornbacher family able to inherit (“By right”) of all family holdings and entitlements. H.I.& R.H. Archduchess, Princess, and Countess Christine Rosemary Fornbacher then head of the Dynastic House of Fornbacher would then pass to her son and heir H.I.R.H. Archduke, Prince and Count Carl as the Dynastic Royal and Imperial House of Bradley! Her son still continues to lay claim to all titles and recognition and "NEVER" forfeited his rights under pressure or that of his Hereditary Claim; he "NEVER" Resigned or Abdicated his claims or birthrights.

H.I.R.H. Archduke, Prince and Count Carl is now head of the Dynastic House of Fornbacher and came to inherit it on the 15th of March 2024 @ 6:45pm after the death of his mother, he assumed the control of the House by constitutional laws and by birthright. His Highness has also written a new Constitution, with new Constitutional Laws of Succession, and new titles and ranking order! H.R.H. Prince Carl, of the Dynastic House of Bradley now exercises his sovereign authority (“By right”) in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and legislation of his Privy Council. He represents the House with respect to foreign powers. Total or partial review of the Constitution is subject to agreement by the sovereign prince with his Privy Council.
